Target Audience: Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians

Educational Objectives:

At the completion of this program, the pharmacist should be able to:

  1. Identify common sources of medical misinformation related to vaccine safety and effectiveness.
  2. Describe the information sources pharmacists can use to evaluate vaccine safety data and recommendations.
  3. Discuss evidence-based communication strategies to address vaccine hesitancy and misinformation in patient interactions.

At the completion of this program, the Pharmacy Technician should be able to:

  1. Identify common sources of medical misinformation related to vaccine safety and effectiveness.
  2. Describe the information sources pharmacy technicians can use to evaluate vaccine safety data and recommendations.
  3. Discuss evidence-based communication strategies to address vaccine hesitancy and misinformation in patient interactions.
